The JS Tooling Robot Welding Fixture is engineered for the assembly, tack welding, and robotic welding of cab assemblies, delivering exceptional dimensional repeatability, manufacturing flexibility, and maximum utilization of robotic welding cells.
Designed for direct mounting to the robot positioner, the fixture accommodates up to five different product configurations on a single base, including multiple left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) cab side assemblies, as well as two roof assembly models.
This versatile design significantly reduces changeover time, maximizes robotic cell utilization, and increases overall manufacturing productivity.
To ensure process reliability and consistent quality, the fixture integrates inductive proximity sensors with the robotic cell control system, verifying correct workpiece clamping before the welding cycle begins. This enhances both operator safety and weld quality while minimizing production errors.
